The Alpha & Omega Workplace Chaplain engages individuals of any faith or no faith in positive dialogue encouraging everyone equally. This develops a ministry of caring that forges relationships, opening pathways for sharing.
Workplace Chaplaincy works with the firm and employees to increase value added to the marketplace served, through understanding the importance of each employee as a whole person and member of the firm; this ultimately leads to increased value added to the marketplace served. In order to achieve this, Workplace Chaplaincy meets people where they work and live - always with confidentiality.
